Developers are probably more focused on coding in one or two languages, whether that's Web-based programming, like C#.Net and SQL, or application programming, like C++ or Java. Perhaps they can do some Python or Perl scripting. Hackers, on the other hand, can provide a solution in almost any language. They will choose the development language for each project independently, based on what promises the best results, rather than what they already know.
Ultimately, the secret ingredient of cybersecurity is a culture of security. This means that everyone in a community, takes responsibility for cybersecurity and works to maintain a secure and resilient digital environment. By creating a culture of security, society can stay one step ahead of cyber threats and protect themselves and their members from potential harm.
